Former Obama campaign manager Jim Messina and former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm (D) will co-chair the Priorities USA super PAC, the New York Times reported on Thursday.

Messina and Granholm were both reportedly in talks to run the the liberal super PAC, and have now confirmed that they will fundraise for a potential 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential run with the committee.

“I think the numbers clearly show that she’s the strongest presidential candidate on the Democratic side,” Messina told the New York Times. “And Priorities is going to be there for her if she decides to run.”

The Times also reported Priorities USA will likely coordinate with Ready for Hillary, the political action committee set up in anticipation of a potential Clinton bid for president.

Messina will stay on at Organizing for Action, the nonprofit created from President Obama’s campaign, as chairman, according to the Times.
