A smirking Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, while dodging Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s (D-MN) questions about if he has ever blacked out from drinking, pressed her multiple times about if she herself has ever drank to the point of memory loss.

What does he think this is going to achieve?
The defensiveness over drinking and blacking out is clearly the reaction of an alcoholic. Who doesn’t drink until they black out? Never happened to you?
I’m pretty sure this level of stupid, irrelevant pettiness disqualifies him from participating in any Supreme Court proceedings. Hopefully the break is so he can announce his withdrawal from consideration.
That was the most asshole move…It had me yelling at the TV, until I remembered how ridiculous yelling at the TV looks.
