After Jay Leno showed Newt Gingrich a photo of the all-white, all-male cast of congressional Republican leaders, the former House Speaker acknowledged the GOP’s lack of diversity.
“I think we were so wrong this year, as a party, that we really need to fundamentally rethink what we’re doing,” Gingrich said on the “Tonight Show” Thursday. The photo, Gingrich said, is a “real problem for the Republican Party.”
