A Fox News correspondent has died of an apparent suicide, the network reported Thursday.

Officials on Wednesday discovered the body of Dominic Di-Natale, 43, in Jefferson County, Colorado. A friend had notified authorities of the correspondent’s “state of mind regarding serious undisclosed health issues,” and the county coroner ruled the death a suicide, according to the report.

Di-Natale joined Fox News in 2007 after working for the BBC. He covered international news including the aftermath of the raid on Osama Bin Laden’s compound, protests in Egypt’s Tahrir Square and the recent unrest in Ferguson, Missouri.

  4. Why? I am guessing very few of TPMs commenters even know him.

Suicide is a sad affair - at least he didn’t take anyone else with him - directly.

  5. Coming to terms with the fact one has sold out all semblance of integrity and now works for the GOP propaganda cesspool FOX News parented by News Corpse…why the embarrassment alone could cause suicidal thoughts.
