A host on Fox 29 in Philadelphia was suspended Wednesday after saying that top White House advisor Kellyanne Conway is “good at bullshit.”
“Good Day Philadelphia” co-host Mike Jerrick confirmed his suspension according to a report published Wednesday by Philadelphia magazine.
A Fox representative said that Jerrick’s comments were “not in line” with network guidelines, according to the report.
Jerrick was suspended because of the language he used, not because of the politics involved, Philadelphia magazine reported citing a source close to the situation.
Jerrick made the original remark during an exchange with guests on the show about Conway’s assertion on Sunday that White House press secretary Sean Spicer was not lying but rather touting “alternative facts” in a discussion of crowd sizes at President Donald Trump’s inauguration.
“Alternative facts. Is that going to be a new one?” Jerrick said. “She’s good at bullshit.”
His comment raised laughter from guests, but Jerrick apologized moments later.
“I apologize for that,” he said. “B.S.”

A BBC newsreader could call Kellyanne a cunt and be cheered, not suspended.
As well, it should be.
The anchor was right. Fox has a problem with the truth.
The truth has set him free.
That’s not fair. I’m sure it was intended as an alternative compliment.
