Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Friday couldn’t remember the name of a CNN reporter who had praised him, but he did remember her “beautiful red dress” and knew that she “looked good.”
The GOP frontrunner was talking by phone with MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and said he was proud that a CNN reporter had called his speech on Thursday in South Carolina the “greatest political speech she’s ever heard.”
Asked which reporter said it, Trump confessed he couldn’t remember.
“I don’t know her name, but she was wearing a beautiful red dress. She looked good to me,” Trump told MSNBC.
He was won over by the compliment.
“Anybody that says that looks good to me,” Trump said.

That reporter must have set the bar REEEEEALLLLY low.
He’s lying
So is this what TPM is now? Just the daily “here’s something Trump has said” to be outraged by?
Look, we get it. The guy is an ass. Can we maybe have some deeper introspection into this?
Here are somethings to think about that are a little deeper:
Trump with Military Command Authority --(meaning access to nuclear weapons)
Trump with access to state secrets-- how long could he keep his mouth shut?
Trump in international relations – how long before he insults a head of state?
These would keep me up at night.
I’m sure you could add to the list.
And?
