Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on a Boston radio station Tuesday that he might not talk to ‘Playboy’ because the magazine wasn’t “the same,” as Politico flagged.
‘Playboy’ announced last week that it would not include nude pictures in its magazine.
Trump told the radio program, according to Politico, that he had been approached for an article in the magazine.
“Maybe I’ll pass,” he reportedly said, before referring to his March 1990 ‘Playboy’ cover. “It’s not the same Playboy. In those days, that was the hottest thing you can do.”
Trump’s cover got attention when Trump advertised that he had a “major announcement,” (his presidential bid) while standing in front of the framed magazine cover.
