The National Basketball Association plans to hold a press conference Tuesday to make an announcement about its investigation of racist comments made by Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling.

The press conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET.

I just LOVE how the Fox News reporter tried her level best to bait the Adam Silver into going into “…the slippery slope…” trying to make an issue of a “private” conversation. vs. a “public” conversation as being a key ingredient. She clearly was doing the wingnut “You liberals are always ‘race baiting’ because just a private conversation is called racist.” I just can’t get over the number of public figures, such as politicians, professional sports team owners (remember Marge Schott?), big corporation executives, judges, actors, etc., who don’t seem to remember that this day and age, EVERYTHING can and will be recorded so that someone has a permanent record. Just ask the NSA.
