A senior adviser to Donald Trump’s campaign learned the hard way not to hastily fire off tweets on Friday, when he tweeted an attack on Texas Sen. Ted Cruz accompanied by a photo of his bare legs.
The tweet included a Vine video of a man’s legs in shorts, stretched out in low lighting, accompanied by an attempted hit on Cruz.
Scavino deleted the tweet, but not before numerous users captured screenshots:

He tweeted the misfire was a tech error that accidentally captured the image of his legs, and blamed the media for being “in it together.”
Type on my phone to send out Vine video. Tap “next” on screen capturing my leg as sending. Media scum screen shots & claims 100% different.

He also later sent the blurry Cruz video he had presumably intended to tweet in the first place.
Ted Cruz says gravity will bring down @realDonaldTrump & lion share of #Trump2016 supporters will go to him. #WRONG! https://t.co/gQKYCcHiEh

In an email to Yahoo! News, Scavino blamed uproar over the tweet on the “sick minds & Trump haters.”
Typical Republican scum. Always blaming someone else. Always playing the victim.
Now these are HIS legs, right?
Hey, don’t look at me like that.
Conveys an aura of Mama’s basement rather than professionalism.
That elegant Glad medium trash bag on the floor screams classy…
Trump haters made me tweet a pic of my legs!!!
