The Hillary Clinton campaign released a statement Saturday after the presumptive Democratic nominee was interviewed by the FBI as part of the ongoing investigation into her use of a private email server as Secretary of State.

“Secretary Clinton gave a voluntary interview this morning about her email arrangements while she was Secretary,” Nick Merrill, a campaign spokesman, said in the statement. “She is pleased to have had the opportunity to assist the Department of Justice in bringing this review to a conclusion. Out of respect for the investigative process, she will not comment further on her interview.”

The interview was held Saturday morning at the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C., and lasted about three and a half hours, according to an aide with the campaign.
