    Ahhh… Bush’s fault.

  2. Republicans: “Disastrous! We need more trickle down…we need to return to the fiscal conservatism of Dubya and Ayn Rand’!”

  3. Conservatives have quietly slinked away from bitching about Obama after near 8 years of losing and looking like idiots.
They are now regearing for the same old Clinton idiocy with some heavy misogyny added for flavor.

Obama has basically fixed the economy but a true conservative is a goal post moving machine and will find a new bitch in the blink of an eye.

“Obama has basically fixed the economy”

Whatever you say Leftflank, whatever you say.

  5. The economy does still have issues, mainly that it’s structurally geared to give the greatest benefit to the wealthy and corporations. That structure has been the Republican goal for 30+ years, and with the Republican Congress blocking anything Obama tried to do it wasn’t going to change, and it’s unfair to lay that at Obama’s feet. At the same time, it’s completely unfair to say things like the economy is a failure…six years of continual job growth is a huge turnaround after the massive crash of the world economy. Even without the recession, Obama’s economy has done better than the best times of Bush’s economy, and that goes to the policies Obama was able to enact (either through Congress like Obamacare or by executive order).

Anyone calling the Obama years economically bad isn’t in contact with reality…if it was a Republican as president we’d be hearing all about the best economy since Reagan (ignoring the fact that Clinton’s was better than Reagan’s of course).
