A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday at Trump Tower in New York and charged with illegal possession of a weapon and fireworks, according to multiple reports.

Secret Service agents stopped Baruch College student Alexander Wang, who was carrying a bag containing fireworks, a hunting knife, a Swiss Army knife and handcuffs, police told CBS New York.

According to NYPD officials cited in an NBC New York report, Wang was arrested before he got through security and was also carrying a garrote and a water gun.

Police told CBS New York that Wang said he carries those items with him everywhere and described himself as a survivalist. He was charged with criminal possession of fireworks and criminal possession of a weapon, according to both reports.
