First there was the glow-in-the-dark cat created at the Audubon Nature Institute in New Orleans, now the world has a glow-in-the-dark beagle. It sounds creepy, but researchers are creating these animals for a serious purpose. It’s an ongoing quest to find out how to treat human diseases.
