NV-SEN Candidate Angle’s Allies Out-Spending Lowden In Final Stretch

In a final push against state GOP chair Sue Lowden, allies of Sharron Angle are outspending Lowden in TV ad time in the final weeks before the Republican primary in the Nevada Senate race.

Club For Growth PAC, which supports Angle, has set aside $409,000 for TV ad time, mostly in Las Vegas. Our Country Deserves Better PAC, which is affiliated with the Tea Party Express, has spent $400,000 on Angle ads and mail campaigns. By herself, Angle spent $43,000 on TV ads over the past two weeks.

For her part, Lowden spent $288,000 on TV time in the past two weeks.

The TPM Poll Average finds Lowden ahead of Angle 33.6%-13.8% leading up to the June 8 primary.
