After spending the last few years caught up in investigations into Russia’s 2016 election interference, Carter Page has a new pursuit: hosting a show for conservative outlet One America News Network.

The Daily Beast reported Thursday that the eccentric former Trump campaign aide will host a talk show titled “America in the World With Carter Page.”

The program will debut with a midterms-focused episode on Saturday, according to the Daily Beast.

Page became a fixture on cable news last year as the FBI’s Russia investigation accelerated. Beaming through interviews, Page divulged details about his interactions with Russian officials and insisted that “deep state” operators bent on undermining the Trump administration unfairly targeted him for surveillance.

  2. Can we assume that the tone of the talk will be more ‘America against the world’?

  3. I’d say he got that show because to a certain type of marketing person having any celebrity involved, no matter how much of a flake or mediocrity, is better than any other option.

  4. And don’t forget his extreme telegenic presence. God almighty, the need for attention, any attention, is simply mystifying. But then again, there’s money involved so …

  5. Low IQ Carter Page’s new show is low rated. Low energy. Would not watch.
