Roll Call reports:

New Hampshire Rep. Frank Guinta announced today that he will not endorse a candidate before the state’s first-in-the-nation primary on Tuesday.

In a statement, the freshman Republican said he will support whoever wins the GOP nomination and will campaign to help the party defeat President Barack Obama in November.

“Every political official chooses his or her level of involvement and participation in the primary process,” Guinta said. “Rather than work on behalf of one candidate or campaign, I have chosen to be an ambassador on behalf of the New Hampshire primary tradition itself.”
