Former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords (D-AZ) will accompany her husband, the astronaut Mark Kelly, to Capitol Hill on Wednesday when he testifies in favor of gun control before the Senate Judiciary Committee, CNN’s Dana Bash reported via Twitter.
