Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to meet with the National Rifle Association, gun rights advocates and representatives from the entertainment industry on Thursday as part of the White House’s effort to reduce violence in the wake of the Newtown massacre. According to the White House, at 11:45 a.m. ET, Biden will meet with “advocates for sportsmen and women and wildlife interest groups.” At 1:45 p.m. ET, Biden will meet with “representatives from gun owners’ groups.” And at 6 p.m. ET, Biden will meet with entertainment industry representatives.
