Appearing on “Fox and Friends” on Friday morning, GOP candidate Mitt Romney reacted to the new data showing a gain of 103,000 jobs in the month of September.
“What you’re seeing now is the result of a failed economic policy by a president who has been in office three years and is looking for someone to blame,” he said.
