Former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) on Sunday said that Obamacare is still “disastrous” despite the administration’s statement that the website is now working for the vast majority of users.

“This is a disastrous bill number one,” Santorum said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

He said that even though consumers will have a better experience on the website, insurers will still struggle to sign people up for plans.

“The information coming out the back end to the insurance companies is still garbage,” Santorum said.
