An attorney accused of injuring 9 people in a Monday morning shooting near a Houston shopping mall was found with Nazi paraphernalia, anonymous law enforcement officials told local news outlets.

Suspected gunman Nathan DeSai, 46, was allegedly wearing an antique German uniform with Swastikas on it when he opened fire at cars passing through a busy intersection, police officials told KPRC. The Houston Police Department bomb squad’s search of DeSai’s Porsche turned up two guns and more Nazi paraphernalia, local TV station KTRK reported, and KPRC reported that more Nazi materials were found at DeSai’s condo apartment.

DeSai was killed in a shoot-out with police on Monday. Six people were hospitalized with gunshot wounds, one critically, while another three were injured from glass and falling debris in the shooting.

Mayor Sylvester Turner told KTRK that DeSai was a disgruntled lawyer who had cut ties with his former law partner in February over economic concerns.
