Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) was loudly booed Tuesday night at the Republican National Convention as he walked out onstage to officially nominate the party’s vice president.

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) had asked the convention floor to give McConnell a “warm welcome,” which was less than forthcoming.
