Exactly what color was Sen. Bernie Sanders’ (I-VT) suit during Wednesday night’s Democratic presidential debate? It depends who you ask.
That was one of the questions captivating the internet for much of the contest, which was hosted by Univision.
Many viewers thought Sanders’ suit looked black or brown.
Is Bernie Sanders wearing a dark brown suit, or is that my TV?

Others saw a suit of a different color entirely.
Is Sanders’ suit…eggplant colored? Serious question.

Still others were over it altogether.
I can’t decide which is gonna be worse, all the posts on Bernie’s suit or all the ones about Hillary saying “excuse me”
— Ashley Feinberg (@ashleyfeinberg) March 10, 2016
I don’t care what color Bernie’s suit is as long as it isn’t “birthday”. #DemDebate

Mike Casca, rapid response director for Sanders, tweeted that the suit is, in fact, blue.

Actually, it was the blue dress.
I might actually be willing to bet serious money, this is probably one of the first time’s a male candidate’s clothing was the subject of questions. Typical for a woman, not so much for a man.
You are a cretin, suh.
Depending on how he turned … I could of sworn …
I saw a halo …
It was Clinton Chameleon.
