Vice President Joe Biden is expected to speak Monday at a national security conference in Washington, D.C., where he will reportedly tear into Donald Trump's foreign policy.

Biden was scheduled to speak at 1:30 p.m. ET at the Center for a New American Security's National Security Inheritance conference, and will reportedly lambast Trump's foreign policy approach, including his embrace of Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to CNN.
