Wolf Blitzer said on CNN Wednesday that the Obama administration should have listened to Republicans and delayed the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.

"If they had three years to get this ready, if they weren't fully ready, they should accept the advice Republicans are giving them, delay it for a year, get it to work there are health insurance sites that work great," Blitzer said. "If they didn't get it ready in time, make sure to get it right."

Chelsea Manning, who was sentenced to 35 years in military prison for leaking classified documents to WikiLeaks, said Wedneday in her first statement since August that she is not a "pacifist," but rather a "transparency advocate."

"It's not terribly clear to me that my actions were explicitly done for 'peace,'" Manning wrote in a statement to the Guardian. "I feel that the public cannot decide what actions and policies are or are not justified if they don't even know the most rudimentary details about them and their effects."

Eight House Democrats were arrested at an immigration rally on the National Mall Tuesday, as part of an effort to call on Congress to pass a comprehensive immigration reform bill.

Reps. John Lewis (D-GA), Charlie Rangel (D-NY), Luis Gutierrez (D-IL), Raul Grijalva (D-AZ), Joe Crowley (D-NY), Jan Schakowsky (D-IL), Keith Ellison (D-MN) and Al Green (D-TX) were arrested for acts of civil disobedience, Politico reported. At least 100 people were arrested in total, according to the Washington Post.
