House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) appears to be making good on his vow to get more answers from acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker. Ahead of a hearing with Whitaker last week, Nadler appeared to back down from a threat to subpoena the acting attorney general at the hearing if he didn’t provide the answers Democrats were looking for. But near the beginning of the hearing, Nadler warned Whitaker he’d be following up on unanswered questions and even floated deposing Whitaker.
