There are two big takeaways that Attorney General Bill Barr communicated in a letter to Congress about special counsel Robert Mueller’s report. First, Barr said that Mueller had not found that the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia in its election meddling efforts. Second, Barr said he had concluded in consultation with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein that President Trump’s conduct did not meet the legal standard for obstruction.
