Trump Tower in Manhattan has become one of the Trump brand’s least desirable properties, with the enhanced security measures and President’s surname proving to be a drag on the building.

According to Bloomberg, the past two years have generally ended in losses for property owners who sold their condos.

The occupancy rate has plunged and oglers of the building often outnumber customers of the building’s shops.

For some, the building is more important as a detail in the Mueller report than as a physical space.
