President Donald Trump said Wednesday that it’s “totally up to” Attorney General William Barr whether to release special counsel Robert Mueller’s report in full to Congress and the public.
“I guess from what I understand that will be totally up to the attorney general,” Trump told assembled reporters.

Trump’s comment came after CNN is reported that the investigation might be completed as early as next week.
Barr said during his testimony before Congress that he intended to be “transparent” about Mueller’s findings while hewing to Department of Justice policy that damaging information not be leaked about people who have not been charged.
