Five House Democratic committee chairmen penned a letter to Attorney General William Barr Monday warning him to comply with their request for information on the administration’s reversal on Obamacare — or else.

Chairmen Elijah Cummings (Oversight), Frank Pallone Jr. (Energy and Commerce), Richard Neal (Ways and Means), Bobby Scott (Education and Labor) and Jerry Nadler (Judiciary) point out in the letter that the Department of Justice missed the deadline to turn over information undergirding the administration’s pivot to supporting the notion that the entire Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional.

“We reiterate our April 8, 2019, request for documents and testimony and ask that you provide a complete response by May 24, 2019,” they write. “If we do not receive a response by this date, we will have no choice but to consider alternative means of obtaining compliance.”
