Presidents, they’re just like you: they too can’t wait for the work week to end so they can dive headfirst into a good TV drama.
President Barack Obama’s plans for the long weekend include binge-watching HBO’s newest show “True Detective,” according to a New York Times story published Thursday.
“True Detective,” which stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson as two homicide investigators hunting for a serial killer in Louisiana, fits right in with Obama’s other favorite dark series like AMC’s “Breaking Bad” and Netlfix’s “House of Cards.”
Obama is expected to spend President’s Day weekend at the Sunnylands estate in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
