A Fox News contributor wasted little time in blasting President Barack Obama over a statement he made Friday on the killing of unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin.
Moments after Obama’s remarks, Todd Starnes, host of the radio program “Fox News & Commentary,” took to his Facebook page to brand Obama the “Race-Baiter in Chief” and call the President’s statement “reprehensible.”
Starnes also ripped Obama’s remarks on Twitter:
Obama’s comments today justify what I said on Hannity earlier this week. He truly is trying to tear our country apart.

President Obama today is being very unpresidential.

So all those folks who’ve been rioting this week – what do you think they heard Obama say today?
— toddstarnes (@toddstarnes) July 19, 2013
Obama short-form to Zimmerman: You’d best be heading for the border.

In fairness – after Obama got elected — I started clutching my wallet. #redistribution

Do we now have an obligation to make ourselves victims of crime? Should we leave our cars and homes unlocked?

Starnes defended Paula Deen last month as she drew charges of racism, arguing that the media “hates” the celebrity chef because “most of them don’t eat meat.”
