Christie Responds To Obamacare Question: ‘Elect A New President’

Chris Christie held another post-bridge scandal town hall on Tuesday in New Jersey. And once again no one asked him about the scandal. He did, however, get a standing ovation.

According to WNYC, the crowd in Berkeley Township, N.J. appeared to be “overwhelmingly Republican.” And after an audience member asked him about Obamacare, the Republican governor’s replied: “Elect a new president.”

That inspired a standing ovation and, according to WNYC, “the most resounding applause of the day.”
