The Senate Judiciary Committee has released the questionnaire it has prepared for the Supreme Court nomination hearing of Solicitor General Elena Kagan.
Among the materials requested, the Committee asks for any community-wide communications Kagan sent at Harvard, including those related to Harvard’s anti-discrimination policy, and those describing reforms made to “the curriculum, community atmosphere, or instructional process.”
It also asks Kagan to explain how she will resolve any potential conflicts of interest arising from her time as Solicitor General.
