This is one of the reasons I predicted months ago that Obama will win. It may sound silly, but it's my belief that you can't be a successful politician, especially at high level, unless you're good with babies. The one time I saw McCain with a baby, the kid was crying. (Joe Biden doesn't seem to have that much luck either.) George Bush, for all his faults, seems to have a natural affinity with and love for children.

I think Bush might be good with kids is because he shares their IQ.
But Obama, on the other hand, looks like a great father and easily bonds with babies.

One's IQ is the same at birth as it is as an adult. The difference, mentally, is lack of information and accumulated experience.
And if young enough, not knowing the local language.
