Max Boot Quotes - as requested.
This is a nice article by Mr. Boot laying out his own idea of what a 'neo-con' is and admitting that he surely is one.
My favorite from a first reading has to be this quote:
"If we are to avoid another 9/11, they argue, we need to liberalize the Middle East--a massive undertaking, to be sure, but better than the unspeakable alternative. And if this requires occupying Iraq for an extended period, so be it; we did it with Germany, Japan and Italy, and we can do it again."

Another good post by Mr. Boot. This man scares me, he thinks its still 1945.
"The Case for American Empire -The most realistic response to terrorism is for America to embrace its imperial role. An Article by Max Boot copied here from the Weekly Standard:

Wow... this guy is insane!
"Once Afghanistan has been dealt with, America should turn its attention to Iraq. It will probably not be possible to remove Saddam quickly without a U.S. invasion and occupation--though it will hardly require half a million men, since Saddam's army is much diminished since the Gulf War, and we will probably have plenty of help from Iraqis, once they trust that we intend to finish the job this time. Once we have deposed Saddam, we can impose an American-led, international regency in Baghdad, to go along with the one in Kabul. With American seriousness and credibility thus restored, we will enjoy fruitful cooperation from the region's many opportunists, who will show a newfound eagerness to be helpful in our larger task of rolling up the international terror network that threatens us."
Did he get any of this right?

It seems that everyone that pops up in the McCain campaign, all the lifelong lobbyists and former Bush loyalists, are precisely the ones we should banish from Washington once and for all.
They formed what Americans need reformed.
