Obama and DNC sued in Philly???
Anyone know anything about this?
I can only find it mentioned on fringe sites but I keep hearing about it. Any clear debunking of this done by Obama and the crew yet? I think it's BS but I'd love to have something concrete to throw back at these folks. Or should I just throw concrete at them?! ;]

"I can only find it mentioned on fringe sites but..."
I think you answered your own question.

I know, I know. But I like to have tangible things to debunk with rather than just the credibility (or lack thereof) of the person I'm debunking.
a friend pointed me to this factcheck.org examination of the issue which should suffice:

So, your friend pointed you to factcheck.org -- a reputable site, which has an explanation you can support, and which you didn't include in your post -- but you were still needing more debunking? (Or do I have the order of things confused ... which came first the "concern" or the "factcheck"?)
I guess I'd follow a basic tenet: consider the source. If it's dubious, so is the claim. If the "corroboration" comes from dubious sources, the claim is all the more dubious. Remember the lesson of Larry Sinclair.

no the friend pointed me to the factcheck article after the post. I should have checked them (hence the name of the site!) before posting.

Obama's birth certificate has been authenticated by the state of Hawaii and one may not lose one's citizenship by virtue of taking citizenship of another nation. Contrary to what Mr. Berg may or may not believe.
To lose one's USA citizenship one must demonstrate intent to do so by filing documents and swearing before a USA consular official in another nation.

"consider the source" -- Alas, this is not the satisfactory rebuttal it was before John Edwards. One more reason to be angry at him (as if more were needed).

yeah, that's why I wanted a credible rebuttal and not just my own out of hand dismissal considering who was making the claim.
