Obama needs a running mate who passes the not-endorsing-McCain test
The RNC posted this memorable video clip of Hillary today:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UxDLKUeoJm0
It's bad enough having this GOP attack on Obama coming straight from the mouth of a prominent Democrat.
Imagine wall-to-wall ads with Obama's own running made saying that he doesn't "pass the commander in chief test."
Obama/Hillary? No. Fucking. Way.

If Hillary really wanted to be the VP, she should have thought about that months ago. And behaved accordingly.

Hell even if she isn't on his ticket McCain has a ready made political ad ready and waiting-
"His main primary competitor, one who garnered 17M primary votes believes John McCain is a better candidate than Barack Obama. She believes that he is a lying, sexist, elitist, one-speech empty suit though isn't a Muslim(as far as she knows).
We ask those 17M democrats if Hillary Clinton thinks McCain is a better candidate then Barack Obama shouldn't you?
I'm John McCain and I approve of this message".

Gov. Brad Henry (D-OK) has Veep written all over him.

Washable ink, or a tattoo? In any case, I think that anyone who writes "Veep" all over himself is going to look just a wee bit too eager for the job.

Expression of speech.
Besides, O-Henry already has a lot of name recognition:

I agree, Rabbit... I was just commenting over at "Hillary's Concession Speech" on all of the things Hillary said that disqualify her as Veep.
She has said too many things that make great ads for McCain.

Nice try, but he's not an "O'Henry" he's a "B. Henry".
But for name recognition, he's got:
Brad, a kind of brass fastener: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brass_fastener
and Henry, a unit of inductance: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_%28unit%29
But then there's "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer" which might not send quite the right message.
I'm not convinced.

I just want to let everybody know, for historical reference, that June 3 was the day the week-long Zoot Suit Riots began, when a mob of 60 from the Los Angeles Naval Reserve Armory beat up everyone perceived to be Hispanic.
I just automatically think of June 3 as Zoot Suit Riot Day, in case that ever pops up in conversation and it seems inexplicable or inappropriate to you.
That's just how I remember it's June 3.
So don't freak out or make a big deal out of it if I bring it up.

The first time you posted it it was simply plagiarism, stolen from the Daily Show. The five hundredth time you posted it it was nothing but fucking annoying plagiarized spam. Go away.

I have to say I'm starting to think RNC are smarter than I gave them credit for. Divide and conquer strategy, tried and true, augmented by McCain's gracious words about Clinton yesterday afternoon. They are in such contrast you can't escape noticing the plot in the works.
Recommended, just to play along.

So if he picks Hillary the GOP will run vids of his own VP burying him in favor of McCain ad nauseum and if he doesn't choose Hillary they'll use Democratic disharmony to poach supporters.

The divide-and-conquer here is based on Hillary's own words providing McCain with a ready-made attack. The RNC isn't doing anything smart here, just using the gift they were given.
Just get it over with and endorse McCain already. Or Barr or Nader, or Hillary as a write-in vote. Your posturing and whining are tiresome.

I'm so pissed that Hillary is publicly pressuring Obama for the veep slot, making sure her supporters are primed for rebellion should he not pick her. And I'm also pissed that somebody removed my post discussing this. THANKS, JOSH!

Nah, your own posturing and whining won far more delegates.
It is mathematically impossible for me to snatch the whiner nomination away from you.
So, I concede and won't ask to be on any of your tickets, including bus, subway, parking and speeding.

Ah well. Thanks for conceding graciously. Best of luck with McCain or Nader or whatever you like better than Obama.
