I really hate to start a post about this, but need help!
I'm unable to remove or update the picture I have here. When I go into profile edit, its blank. When I try to change it to the picture I have resized to fit...I get this error message. There is know other place to get help other than start a blog about it. Any help would be appreciated?

Happened to me once, but I kept trying and eventually it worked.
I realize that's not brilliant advice.

It happened to me, too. Keep trying and make sure you wait a long time after you save the new picture before you close the edit function. I kept trying different pictures, too. Don't know what how that would make a difference, but ...

Happened to me too. Just go reeeaallll slow like Gettex said, and log out. You might have to try a few times and log out and few times. All of a sudden your new picture will appear.

Were you guys getting that error message? Before I was getting the error message saying that it only takes 64 pixels. Now I cant even get to that page?

Not sure it was that exact one--and I am nervous about trying to recreate it. I seem to remember getting a message that "0 bits were received." Mostly a blank page with a banner at the top.

Yes Kate, thats the one...has like some yellow on it. That one just made me resize the picture until I had the right about of pixels. This server error above wont even let me get that far

We're adding this to our bug list. Please folks let us know what you're experiencing like this, the more we know the easier it will be for them to kill it.

Sean, do you have Photoshop or something that allows you to adjust the image to the required 64 pixels? I have Photoshop.
I open the picture in Photoshop and chose the image size edit function. What worked for me is I think the Height and Width should be even numbers.
When I set the width to 64 pixels, the height was as uneven number. So I changed the width down in even numbers 62 58, etc. And when I got the even in both width and height, I saved and loaded.
I'm sure there are easier ways than this, but that's what I did after reading it on another post a month or so ago.
ANyway, hope this helps. If it's a glitch at TPM, then obviously, this won't help at all.
Maybe someone else can chime in. I'm certainly no expert.

I think there have been some site problems, today specifically, possibly the past few days. I've seen others say they were having problems with avatars. I've never had any trouble, but I haven't tried to change mine lately.
