Ugly Clinton Subliminal Message? It's Easy to Prove or Disprove

Senator Clinton can be easily cleared--or convicted--on one subliminal message question. The letters "nig" appear about 11 seconds into her "3 a.m." advertisement, on the pajamas of a sleeping child. That film is stock footage shot eight years ago. It existed before the Clinton campaign used it. There are copies the campaign does not control. If the letters "nig" are in those older copies, the whole issue is a tempest in a teapot. If they were added for the Clinton ad, her campaign ends immediately. To me, that's news worth exploring. Does anyone know how to hunt down the stock video footage?

And this will be revealing... by tomorrow morning this whole lunatic theory about Hillary sneaking racist subliminal messages into her campaign commercials will probably be widely recommended by the Obamanoids who are crawling all over TPMCafe at the moment.

Well, out of curiosity I looked and found what you claim, but it takes a long look and it's definitely a reach to talk about it being subliminal and intentionally put in.

For what it's worth, that part of the ad isn't in Obama's response, so you have to go back to the original stock to be sure.

However, why not check out Hillary's latest 3 am phone call commercial:

Senator Clinton deserves to be cleared if the original footage also has those letters. I don't want to believe she would do such a terrible thing.

However, it's not a stand-alone charge. It goes with a set of concerns about her words, her husband's words, and (most recently) questions about whether photographs of Senator Obama were retouched for use in her publications.

All that is slippery, but this isn't. The footage exists, and seeing it in its pre-campaign use form would settle the issue.
