Obama blogs about Wright at Huffington Post
I believe the blog answers the questions that have been raised regarding Obama and Wright. In specific he categorically rejects/denounces/renounces/repudiates the offensive statements

That is good and the proper thing to say in response.
In order to properly combat the efficacy of the pictures and the sound-bites of Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama should say this with his mouth. In other words Obama has to give the media a sound-bite and some video to play as his response to this.

I agree. This is a nice advanced attack though. It'll circulate to the political blogs and the SD's probably faster than a speech to the MSM will, assuming the MSM ever actually broadcasts one if he gives it.

Obama's Kryptonite, love it.
Talk radio, ABC News won't let him off the hook by some statement 36 hours later to the ObamaPost or even his own cable network MSNBC.
Love the REVEREND Wright and his message of hope and change:
"Oh I am so glad that I got a God who knows what it is to be a poor black man in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people."
It's God Bless America, not God Damn America.
