In Light Of SCOTUS Decision, Would 2020 Dems End Filibuster To Stop Gerrymandering?

I wouldn’t be surprised if today’s Supreme Court decision on partisan gerrymandering came up in tonight’s 2020 Democratic debate. But I am skeptical that moderators will ask the candidates the kinds of questions that will get at the heart of the challenge Democrats face in expanding voting rights and dealing with gerrymandering at the federal level.
