Democratic challenger Katie McGinty is up 47-44 against Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) in the Pennsylvania Senate race, according to a new CNN/ORC poll.

TPM’s Senate Scoreboard rates Pennsylvania a tossup.

This is CNN/ORC’s first Pennsylvania Senate poll. The CNN/ORC poll surveyed 771 likely voters from Sept. 20-25 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percent.

TPM’s Polltracker Average for the U.S. Senate race in Pennsylvania shows McGinty slightly leading Toomey, 45.3 to 44.
