Hillary Clinton holds an eight point advantage over Donald Trump in the latest poll of Pennsylvania voters by Monmouth University.

Clinton leads, 48-40, with Libertarian Gary Johnson holding 6 percent of the voting population and Green Party candidate Jill Stein at 1 percent.

This latest poll shows a wider lead than an Emerson College poll of likely Pennsylvania voters released yesterday, showing Clinton just three points ahead. Monmouth has not previously polled on the 2016 general election in Pennsylvania.

The Monmouth poll was conducted Aug. 26-29 over the phone among 402 likely Pennsylvania voters, with a margin of error of plus or minus 4.9 percent.

TPM’s PollTracker Average in Pennsylvania shows Clinton leading Trump, 47 to 41.4.
