Former “green jobs” czar Van Jones sent Fox News a six-page cease and desist letter claiming that Jones has been called, among other things, a Communist, a 9/11 truther, and other “sensational and inflammatory charges” across Fox News’ programs.
A Fox News spokesperson confirmed that “we’ve received the letter and it’s under review.”
Jones’ attorney, Joseph Sandler, says that “Mr. Jones is not a member of any Communist Party or Marxist organization whatsoever, and has not expressed any support for any form of Communist or Marxist ideology for many years.”
You may recall that Glenn Beck recently responded to Jones’ invitation to engage in a debate by insinuating Jones was deranged and denying Jones’ claims that he has launched some sort of smear campaign against him.
