Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team said in a recent filing that they “face the press of other work” in asking for an extension on unsealing documents in the Paul Manafort case.

According to a Tuesday Politico report, it’s unclear if this is a sign that the probe is winding down or ramping up.

The top lawyers on the team are reportedly still joining Mueller in working long hours, though some have returned to their Department of Justice posts, and FBI agents and prosecutors rotate in and out of the office on a daily basis.
