The man who threatened House Minority Whip Eric Cantor and his family in a YouTube video is not fit to stand trial and will be sent to a prison mental health facility for four months for treatment, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
A federal judge ordered Norman Leboon, who is 38, to undergo psychiatric treatment before he can stand trial. He will likely be sent to a facility in Butner, N.C.
Leboon was arrested for a video in which he says Cantor will “receive my bullets in your office, remember they will be placed in your heads. You and your children are Lucifer’s abominations.”
He had a history of making threatening videos, and was arrested last summer for threatening to have the angel Gabriel kill his roommate.
