Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was again censured by a county party, citing, among other things, his “willingness to debase our national sovereignty” by proposing “amnesty for illegal immigrants,” and his “contempt and belligerence towards” other GOPers.

The Lexington County Republican Party in South Carolina passed a measure to censure Graham last night.

The measure, which passed by a margin of 13-7, marks the second time in recent months that Graham has been censured by SC GOP county party organizations. In November, the Charleston County GOP passed a similar measure, citing his work on the cap-and-trade bill.

This latest measure (PDF) cites everything from Graham’s support for cap-and-trade, to his “repeatedly demonstrated contempt and belligerence towards those members of the Republican party who support freedom.”
