As unrest continued to spread in Egypt yesterday, Jon Stewart took it upon himself to help Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak prepare for his likely ouster and exile from the country.

In the continuing segment, “Mess O’Slightly-To-The-Left O’Potamia,” Stewart said that the Egyptian people had issued a “last call” on Mubarak’s presidency.

“You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here,” Stewart said. “In fact, you probably shouldn’t go to your home. They’re probably thinking abut lighting it on fire.”

Instead, Stewart suggested a number of places Mubarak could go, including France — while France once guillotined its own tyrants, Stewart joked that “everyone else’s are invited to have cake” — and Abu Dhabi’s man-made archipelago of islands shaped like the world, where Mubarak could stage a mini coup to claim the island shaped like Egypt. Or, if Mubarak decides he’s not ready for retirement, Stewart offered him a slot on a special Big Brother: Big Brother Edition, where he could live with other deposed dictators to “see what constant surveillance feels like on the receiving end.”

“So pack your bags,” Stewart began, before being interrupted by footage of violent chaos in Egypt. “You know what, fuck it, you don’t have time to pack! Just go!”
