As regular viewers of Fox News will know, the channel has a high bar for broadcasting speeches made by President Obama.
Today, however, Fox’s Megyn Kelly at least managed to keep things relevant. Having already notified viewers that Obama was giving a speech on fuel efficiency, Kelly went on to tell everyone just how afraid polls show people are about the price of gas.
“There’s nothing the President can do”, added her guest, other than give another campaign speech. Prices will continue to rise, people will suffer and the Obama campaign will continue to use it as a wedge issue.
